Payment Terms
- Books & Resources: A one-time payment is required for books and resources.
- Wire Transfer: Please mention the student’s name when making a wire transfer.
- Tax Information: Supply is made under a Letter of Undertaking (LUT) without payment of Integrated Tax (IGST).
- Electronic Invoice: This invoice is electronically generated and does not require a signature.
Service Terms
- Discontinuation Notice: A one-month prior notice is required if you wish to discontinue our services.
- Missed Classes: If a student cannot attend a scheduled class, a minimum of one day's prior notice is required.
- Session Rescheduling: A session can be rescheduled once, provided we receive at least one day's prior notice.
- Payment Due Date: Payments must be made by the due date specified in the invoice.
Refund Policy – iWish Academy
At iWish Academy, we strive to provide the best learning experience for our students. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- The student withdraws from a course before the commencement of the first session.
- A technical issue caused duplicate payments.
- The academy cancels a course or session due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Dissatisfaction with a course, provided the request is made within the first 2 sessions and subject to review.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- Sessions already attended or partially completed courses.
- Missed classes without prior notice or valid reason.
- Change of mind after the course has commenced.
3. Refund Process
- To request a refund, students/parents must submit a request via contact details or email id updated in registration form.
- All refund requests will be reviewed within 7 to 14 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days to the original payment method.
4. Dispute Resolution
